GOOD PERFORMANCE (low water) |
Interruption of drilling every 6 seconds. Strong pressure on the bit for a short period of time at high speed and stop the drilling, dipping the tip of the bit in a small container of water (a cup with some water). It is an ideal method for placement of screens and vertical works. Can overcome 10 holes in hard porcelain PEI 5. |
AVERAGE YIELD (without water) |
Interruption of drilling every 5 seconds. Strong pressure on the bit for a short period of time at high speed, stop drilling, 3-4 seconds running “the air”(for short cooling). Approximate 6 to 8 holes in hard porcelain PEI 5. |
LOW PERFORMANCE (without water) |
At high speed, with strong pressure, without interruption of the drilling water or for cooling the bit, will I get the lowest performance. Using this method does not usually exceed 5 holes in hard porcelain PEI 5. |
RECOMMENDATION |
For more than 7.0 mm holes, with not guaranteed material, we recommend to use previous drill bit (5mm) to avoid any trouble (breaking tiles). |
